Pay for HomeDojo with your ESA
HomeDojo is registering as an education service provider so families can pay with program funds. This page is what a program reviewer or a parent needs to know.

Once a program lists HomeDojo, search for “HomeDojo” in that marketplace. If your program is not listed, email hello@homedojo.com and we will apply.
What you are buying
- Software plan: an online mathematics curriculum for grades 6 to 12 with an AI tutor. Programs usually categorise it as curriculum, online course or educational technology.
- Coached plan: the same curriculum plus weekly review by a human math supervisor. Because a person works with the student, programs usually categorise it as tutoring, which comes with the credential and background-check requirements described below.
Both plans are billed monthly per student at the prices on the pricing page. The full course list is on the curriculum page.
Invoices and receipts
Every HomeDojo invoice and receipt shows:
- Provider legal name and address
- Student name and parent or guardian name
- Invoice date and the dates of service the charge covers
- The plan purchased and what it includes
- Amount due or paid, with one line per student
Invoices are generated digitally, never handwritten, and can be downloaded from the parent account at any time [confirm once billing ships].
Refunds on ESA purchases
Refunds or credits on a plan paid with program funds go back to the ESA platform or the student's ESA account, never to the parent. Full details are in the refund and cancellation policy.
Who supervises the Coached plan
Human supervisors on the Coached plan hold at least [a bachelor's degree in mathematics or education, or a state teaching certificate] and pass a background check before working with students [name the screening provider and level]. Supervisors never meet students in person; all contact happens inside the parent-visible HomeDojo account. We complete each program's attestation forms listing every person who works with learners.
Student data
Student work stays inside HomeDojo. We share only the invoice details a program requires and never sell or advertise with student data. See the privacy policy.
