Every course is broken into lessons of roughly 20 to 30 minutes of teaching plus a practice set. A full scope and sequence per course, with lesson titles and standards references, is [to be published here].
How a lesson works
- Sensei teaches at the whiteboard, drawing and talking, and answers when the student asks.
- The student practises on paper or on a tablet. Every handwritten line is checked.
- When a step is wrong, the student gets a hint on that step, never the answer.
- Fresh practice targets what the student is still missing.
- The parent gets a daily summary and can read the whole conversation.
Following the book you already use
Families who use a published program tell HomeDojo the book and the lesson they are on, and Sensei teaches that lesson. Switch programs, or drop the book, whenever you like.
| Program | Levels covered | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Saxon Math | [Math 7/6 – Calculus] | Full |
| Singapore Math – Dimensions | [levels] | Full |
| Math-U-See | [Pre-Algebra – Calculus] | Full |
| Teaching Textbooks | [levels] | Just launched |
| CTC Math | [levels] | Coming [month] |
Program names are trademarks of their publishers. HomeDojo aligns its own lessons to their sequence; it does not reproduce their books and is not affiliated with them [confirm wording with counsel].
Placement, assessment and records
Students start at the lesson they are on. A short placement check confirms the level and flags gaps from earlier courses. Mastery is tracked per skill, and parents can export a progress report for their homeschool records or an ESA program [export format to be confirmed].
